IAMTCS Winter Board of Directors Meeting (Feb 24–25, Asheville, NC)

Dear IAMTCS Members,

This message serves as formal proof of posting and notice to the membership of the International Association of Medical Transport Communication Specialists (IAMTCS) regarding an upcoming meeting of the IAMTCS Board of Directors.

The IAMTCS Board of Directors will hold its Winter Board Meeting on February 24–25, in Asheville, North Carolina. The meeting will be hosted by Mountain Area Medical Airlift (MAMA).

The purpose of this meeting is to conduct official association business, including governance matters, strategic planning, financial oversight, committee updates, and other activities necessary to support the ongoing mission and operations of IAMTCS. As part of the Board’s fiduciary responsibilities, this meeting will focus on organizational direction, continuity, and stewardship of the association.

This notice is provided to ensure transparency and to fulfill member notification expectations related to IAMTCS board activities. While the Board of Directors meeting is not open to general attendance, IAMTCS is committed to keeping its members informed. Relevant summaries, decisions, or actions resulting from the meeting will be communicated to the membership following the conclusion of the meeting, as appropriate.
